There are certain things you know you will say as a parent:
Be nice.
Stop doing that.
I love you.
ARE YOU LISTENING?
Go to your room.
That's a very pretty picture.
I'm sorry.
We only draw on paper.
etc...
But then there are things you NEVER expected to ever say in your entire life. Having kids will bring most of those to your attention.
I'd make a list of those, but I can't remember any. They were obviously so shocking, I forgot them. Except for the one this morning. Popcorn and crayons. Who would have ever thought they'd go together?
